The purchase CISSAP Business Documents software and its application license for the period described while making an online purchase is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review carefully before making any purchase.
Payment and Refund Policy
Transactions for purchase of CISSAP Business Documents software are made through payment gateways that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.
cissap.com reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.
CISSAP honors refund request for non-tangible (digital) products under the following EXCEPTIONAL circumstances:
- Non-delivery of the electronic product – download issues due to CISSAP server problems, issues originated from client’s e-mail service provider or unzipping difficulties. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A digital product is considered received and downloaded if no claim was submitted. For such requests, CISSAP issues refunds within 7 days from the date of the purchase.
- If the product is “not as described” – such issues have to be reported within 7 days from the date of the purchase. A detailed, clear evidence must be provided with proof that the purchased and delivered digital product is “not as it is described” on CISSAP’s website. All objections based purely on the customers’ false anticipations or desires do not meet the requirements for refunds.
